- This service and all its offerings is for subscribers only.
- Subscription is monthly on direct debit with no lock in contracts
- One on one sessions do not rollover
- One on one sessions are online via zoom and up to 60 minutes long with a minimum of 30
minutes
- Cancellation of a 1 on 1 booking must be done within 12 hours prior or else a $75 cancellation - fee may be charged.
- Cancellation of subscription must be done in writing via email by subscriber before next debit,
advisable 72 hours before next debit, and that will be actioned within 48 hours.
- Inner circle group online catch ups "Thrive Live" will be weekly and run for 60 minutes minimum
and up to 90 minutes max. Approriate behaviour is expected with zero tolerance for abuse and
other intolerable behaviour. This applies in all services and events by us.
- All meeting/ group links will be provided by YGTC in advance.
- It is the subscribers responsibilty to turn up on time,a 15 minute running late period will be
given for one on one sessions and will make up part of the session minutes and a 5
minute running late period before group start with lock out after 15 minnutes.
- It is the subscribers responsibility to ensure correct honest information given, that they have the right
to use the card and funds they opt to use for the service and that funds are available for debit by the
required time.
- All funds are charged in Australian dollars.

Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault or non service by You Got This Counselling (YGTC) or as otherwise approved by YGTC.
